Das in der Startphase eingesetzte SANA-FIT START ist ein bilanziertes Molkeneiweißprodukt mit Zusatz von Kohlenhydraten und Fettsäuren, reich an essentiellen Aminosäuren, Vitaminen, Mineralstoffen und Spurenelementen. SANA-FIT START dient in der zweitägigen Fastenphase als ausschließliche Nahrungszufuhr und wird 5 x täglich, in Magermilch oder fettarme Milch eingerührt, getrunken.
